Are Massive PSN Sales Problematic For the PS4 and PS Now?

Unfortunately, as encouraging as it is to see massive sales and reflect on the likelihood of more such sales happening in the future, there are two major drawbacks for Playstation in particular that are worth examining.

I don't get why the media tries to say the ps4 library is growing slowly, seems like they have a bunch of games to me. So what if most of the games can be played elsewhere.

True. One of the best features of last gen consoles was the ability to play previous gen games. The Wii,360 and PS3 60gig had a huge backlog alonside is launch. In the early days of the Wii I booted it up to play my Gamecube copy of Resident Evil 4

I love PSN sales. I have bought more games on impulse due to their great sale prices than I would have otherwise. I typically prefer physical games but PSN sales have made it so now most of my game purchases are digital.

Not only whether it's good for gamer and bad for developers or not but it also convince gamers to stay with Playstation Ecosystem since they invested too much time and money on Playstation. It's like Google Play and Apple App Store. Believe it or not, majority tend to stick with same company because of so many purchase.

Hell no they are no problematic, I bought 10 games for under $9. I am beyond happy with these cheap flash game sales and none of these games I would have bought if they weren't part of this sale.

Agreed. What a wankstain. Console games are THE most expensive out there. LBP still has hardly any sale whatsoever on its expensive ass DLC. Ditto for tons of games.

The one main thing i find problematic is not giving you access to games which you've purchased digitally. Why should we have to rent a game that we already bought through psn?
