I would completely agree with you about western horror except for Dead Space. I don't know if you've played it, but it's great. Quite action-oriented as far as horror games go but still plenty scary with a solid narrative.
Also, on topic: LOS looks pretty good so far, but I really want to see the level designs of inside the castle. That'll make or break it for me. I hope they're as crazy as ever:)

How many people came to this article to fight a (LOL) war. I came here to see if getting a xbox was worth it in the long run. But too many games on this list are multi-plat and I know there's unannounced games, but everyone else has a few those too.

Anyone thinking about getting this. Don't until you try the demo and if you still want to play it after getting through about half the game free.Then go right on ahead. The demo was enough for me despite it being fun and all.
Killzone 2 is a fine game but the most fun I had with killzone in general was splitscreen off-line. You and your mate against 7 bots. Died a little inside when that wasn't in the second one. Any info on KZ3 in that regard? There is hope yet.

Played through all of haze in one session. It was genuinely (accidentally) funny at times,but good? Not a chance. Ever!

How are all the buttons not covered. I was thinking that until this article, made it apparent that the action button is R2 (or R1).

The only one that can definitely be called right now(According to sony's model,we're only half-way through this generation. Don't know about microsoft)imo is LittleBigPlanet. I'd go into why but if you've given it a chance then you know why.
