When looked at that way though, I don't think we can blame Rob for it. MTV just wanted a guy who was moderately funny and had great charisma.
Personally, I like Rob Dyrdek. From what I've been told, he's a really nice, generous guy in person.
@decrypt, even extremely powerful PC's have troubles running a Nintendo Gamecube Emulator... Don't even get me started on this.
PS3 and X360 won't be available for emulation for A LONG time (IF it ends up even being possible), so us PC gamers (Yes, I am one too) get to miss out on a ton of great console exclusives.
Good thing for me though, I also own a PS3.
I usually really like VideoGamer's reviews. This is the first time I've ever disagreed with them so much. Though, now that I've noticed it... This "Sam White" guy (author of this review) doesn't at all seem like one of this site's actual reviewers. I think this may just be some user review.
If he IS somehow an actual reviewer, then they definitely could have picked someone better suited for the job. (Look at his user page).
That joke only applies to VCR's.
@stoneybe, he said North America, not the US.
(Since it first released in North America, not just US).
I'm thankful that I live in a generation where video games are becoming the dominating form of media entertainment.
"Like, OMG, I totally HACKed your facebook!"
I have ACTUALLY heard that phrase from a few teenage girls who signed into their friend's accounts (of course after said friends accidently left their account's information stored on their computer...)
Also, I accidentally gave you a disagree. Sorry about that.
I agree with you, but I think Star Citizen is bringing graphics to a much larger scale than ever before, so that's why they are impressive.
How anyone could disagree with you is beyond me. That could literally be considered fact.
@tester, a lot of people who bought Ghosts were disappointed, so they play other games instead. Just because you buy the game doesn't mean it has to be the ONLY game you play.
I know plenty of PS4 owners who haven't bought a single game yet. They're passing the time with Warframe and Blacklight until January when more games come out.
That's the way I see it. As of this current time, there is less reason to need to actually buy a game to be able to enjoy what the PS4 offers.
@jc48573, I wasn't quite meaning Skyrim in particular, just AAA developers as a whole.
But nonetheless, Skyrim DID have a AAA budget. That's why it's all the more upsetting that the game (without mods) is as ugly as it is, and only continues to prove my point.
@electricone85, that is incredibly immature to say. Your basis is one of the most childish I've ever heard.
If one individual "X Fanboy" says, "I hope Y company goes out of business!" That SURELY must mean that "X Fanboys" are the ONLY ones who think like that... I've seen PLENTY of Xbox Fanboys say similar things about Sony or Nintendo.
Xbox Fanboys Love Microsoft/Hate Sony.
Sony Fanboys Love Sony/Hate Microsoft....
That's because modders have all the passion to drive what they love to become the best it can be.
AAA developer's are usually just in it for the money. Maybe not Bungie, but Bethesda has definitely proven their greediness with lackluster and/or unfinished game content.
I played Skyrim first on PS3. It wasn't great. It felt like a huge letdown compared to Oblivion and Morrowind. But after playing it on PC with 50+ mods, it isn't even the same g...
Falskaar is a fantastic mod! Glad to see this guy's work paid off.
All the more reason to play with an organized team of friends with party chat on.
Don't forget about the sub-30FPS frame rate.
Games have a tendency to look much better in still screenshots than in full motion gameplay.
I think this can be said for both KZ:SF and Ryse, but at least with KZ, you're gettings 60FPS of buttery smooth animation.
I have nothing against Windows phones, but if you think the customization with live tiles is something to brag about, you've never owned an Android device.
Maybe they will just cut corners and call it the "Xbox Twelve". It makes sense according to their history with naming consoles.
-Xbox
-Xbox 360
-Xbox One
-etc.
