What you are referring to is called "Screen Door Effect" and Playstation VR has it too, I heard that there is filter like layer of film that you can put on to screen to get rid of it but then the image becomes blurry and not as crisp. Down the road in the future , with the new technologies they will overcome that issue hopefully.
Happy to read more Canadian Indie Devs are coming out and more to follow, and plus they're getting good support from gamers :]
Art and the game mechanics reminds me Limbo, which was another great game, really looking forward to this game and hoping to see it on the consoles.

I watched the streams, so haven't played it myself but the impression I get from all the streams I watch, game reminds the Rage (story wise) , well mechanics are different and Rage has vehicles and such, but story wise you are just an errand boy, you met these characters along the way and they have weird tasks to complete, on one stream there was this NPC guy asking for box of chocolate and a video tape in order for story to continue, you need to go to the other side of the map to find th...

Honestly I barely comment and have nothing against to this game, I own and I played it... that a side I don't know how this can be even considered as a review, this seems like a review of game written by an elementary school kid. In my dream, once I fight the Psycho Mantis from MGS1, I was hiding behind tables and chairs and I was trying to shoot down the gas mask on the statues' heads to weaken him finally took him down with a headshot, I simply can't forget how real that dream felt and even the adrenaline.
