When I am in a Titan I have found that pummeling the crap out of them is quite effective.
You go after other players, not grunts. Jeez its not hard to figure out. Nobody is impressed with 50 bot kills. 20 pilot kills and 5 Titan kills however is an achievement.
I only kill grunts if they are in my path, otherwise you are giving up your location to the other team for essentially nothing.

I agree, that would have been money well spent. Then again, how do we know MS didnt try and go that route and were turned down? I have to admit that the XB1 being thoroughly thrashed in every market gives me an uneasy feeling that this could be curtains for the Xbox brand.
