Possible suspend 2.0 fix. If no one else has already tried this I plugged in my charge cable after I put it in standbye and began charging controller for a few minutes. I held the PS button while still plugged in and the light on the ps4 went from orange to blue and started up fine. I downloaded 2.0 and had had problems with the standbye function until then
