pretty much. I like having options, so it sounds good to me.
yeah holy classic zombies batman! My favorite games in the series, all for free and at once! Wait.... I still have these on disc... oh well, free is for me! Digital copies will help further preserve my discs :)
man gears 1 and 2 always felt sluggish and clunky, so if they actually smoothed that out it's definitely great news
yeah, that's pretty much how I'm feeling about it. They make mah fingers tired!
yup, that's what I plan on checking out.
I'd return it if I can, and then buy it later at a cheaper price. Why hang on to it for full price if you're not gonna play it?
Ahhhhh.... so don't do the very thing that was my entire reason for picking this game up? Playing co-op, that is. Well, that's a big fat pass until it's patched then.
Uh, it's not frigid ass cold here all the time and we have other sports to play instead? And if we want to see fights, we've got UFC for that. Not that there's anything wrong with hockey, just saying the logic is sound.
Well, I didn't know who Rebecca Greenfield was until today, and I still don't care about her opinion... so... yeah. This is why I don't read Atlantic Wire for my video game news
You don't have to touch them!
Kind of. The first one (on PSN now) was sort of a 2D side scrolling katamari thing. You absorb stuff, which you can then fire back out to hit switches, and reabsorb afterward. Absorbing more stuff made you grow, so you could absorb bigger things and progress to the next section of a given level. You eventually earned two abilities too, one was a magnetic attraction/repulsion which let you float over surfaces or stick to walls and ceilings, the other was an electric absorbing one used to solve...
That's... fantastic! Someone figured out how to finish a game! Unbelievable.
Well that floating thing is sort of new. The previous game you could do that by using magnetic abilities to repel or attract to surfaces. Does he have an actual flying ability now instead?
yaaaaay somebody who's actually able to finish a game!
That's a big ditto on that. Freakin' classic.
Hahaha, that's kinda how I feel, but this looks like it'll make some of my buddies happy, so I'll forward the review on to them.
"mmmmm brains.... brain soup, brain taco, brains-a-la-mode, stir-fried brains, brain pie, brains'n'creme, brain-filled donut, brains-over-easy, scrambled brain, poached brains, brains benedict..."
this is seriously the third zombie game article I've commented on today, but yeah, the fact that they've straight up ripped off Borderlands' loot system and skill trees makes me want to play it, cause borderlands rules, as noted by the quote above. But ...
Hah, that's really the only thing that gets me about it. I don't care about the space, just that dammit, I waited so long and once I open that package I wanna be done waiting!
I feel like a broken record, saying "I'm soooooo sick of zombies" (I'm so sick of saying that!), but I'm a big fan of good co-op games so I'll probably still check this out. Especially since I've been a fan of RE since before I got sick of zombies...
That's pretty damn crazy. Party games here I come! I'm always all about multiplayer, it's addictive, has great replayability, and generally brings a lot of value. Portables, while capable of handling it, are not normally the go to for this sort of thing, but this has the potential to bring that to a whole new level. Can't wait to see where this goes.
