They dont look very next gen!
Jack of all master of none!
No, there are many 180's to come some good some bad. You know what you are going to get if you buy ps4 or pc.
The features of both psn and live will be virtually identical. It's all about value for money and I think Sony is offering far more in terms of value for money at this point. Anyone that is saying Microsoft is blinded by fanboyism, Microsoft are playing catchup at the moment after years of Sony doing so!
This was the first game I ever completed can't wait to give it another blast afeter all these years!
Dont think there will be room around my tv for the huge console and kinect!
Nobody has used the latest incarnations of PSN or Live. Live could be a slow juddery mess for all we know. We all know sony makes better hardware we will have to wait to see what the online services handle like!
30 years of gaming, so safe to say I am a true gamer - I will be purchasing PS4!
It's funny as not that long back this website was all doom and gloom articles about Sony and PS3. I don't think there is a bias, I just think the general community are pleased with Sonys offering specs wise and really really disappointed by microsofts. I know I feel let down by Microsoft, they seemed to have forgotten there roots a few years back and designed a new machine aimed at the casuals and have now done several 180's since announcement after realising there machine is not...
Battlefield 4, kill zone and titanfall are all looking much better that is why the preorders are rubbish!!
YOu do realise Sony is already using dedicated servers and has been sinse the PS3 was released. You do also realise that the PSN will be completely diffrent on PS4 to additional RAM and more services such as Gakai, Party Chat etc.
Not good, I have seen this happen in the past with the Dreamcast and look how that turned out (EA stopped support and Supermarkets etc not stocking it.) I think the writing maybe on the wall for WiiU
Sony stated they are releasing in the UK and US first as they are the most under threat of its markets, so I reckon last week in October for UK and US, and Jap plus parts of Europe in November.
Sony has just reported there biggest profits in years and their stocks are on the up whilst Microsoft have just posted lower than forecast.
Then you are choosing timed exclusives and lack of innovation!
If the previous installments are anything to go by I think not, as they were OK games but nothing special! The fact that Microsoft are publishing it shows that even Capcom are not 100% confident it will sell. The Last of Us has set the bar high for survival horror games.
Lets not forget that also includes replacement 360's for RROD, so potentially the gap than that! I know I have 8 360s since the launch.
Sony have 30 exclusives 1st year and that does not include indies.
I Am sure Sony will be annoucing new titles at Gamescom and TGS how many will be launch titles though is a different time. Problem for Microsoft is they are rushing the games through to be able to launch with their rushed console, so I get the feeling the quality and thus the reviews are going to be mediocre.
They didnt not by a longshot. Sony seem to be casually anouncing game after game after game and we still have not seen what MM and Naughty dog are up to. I fear microsoft will not have much on offer release wise come the new year.
