Gamertell offers its weekly update of the games on Apple's App Store for iPhone and iPod Touch.

"The big game for this week is Silent Hill: The Escape. While I don't know much about the game, placing the world of Silent Hill into a first-person arcade shooter seems off to me. I mean, here you have a subject normally filled to the brim with a gripping storyline and tense atmosphere and somehow Konami thought it would be a good idea to make it a first-person shooter. I know there was that arcade version of Silent Hill, but is that basically what this is?"

Leniu Games has started taking pre-registrations of its Nordic fantasy open world MMO, Flame of Valhalla. This game features the War of Gods erupted in the mystical realm of Asgard, known as the land of gods as seen in various movies and TV series. The game is expected to release in first half of May 2024.
