Definitely getting this for the Wii U... I love the whole Aliens franchise and the thought of using the Gamepad as one of the scanners makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.
I sure hope the Wii U version comes out shortly but I wouldn't be surprised if it gets delayed for months, if thats the case it better have noticeably improved visuals and features like Randy has promoted :[
