TERA review - Reinventing MMO combat [BeefJack]

BeefJack: "All things considered, TERA has made massive bounds forward for one of the integral elements of the MMORPG. As the genre continues its long, slow, painful march towards the future, other games will hopefully see the transformative effect that fun, engaging combat can have on an entire game. Otherwise, if TERA’s contributions go unnoticed – if for once, the marketing hype goes unbelieved – I fear we may be trapped in a hell of static, boring combat for a long time. That’s a future I’m hoping we can dodge; all we need to do is left click at the right time: now." (PC, TERA) 8.6/10
