GodisaGeek: "With another Monday comes another Mobile Monday and we’ve got a special treat this week in the form of our very first Android game review. First though we’ve got Bubble In Paradise, a word game with a twist that players of Boggle will probably enjoy. Next we’ve got Little Acorns, a surprisingly well made platformer (a rarity on the iOS devices). Then we’ve got the Android game, developed by the one-man-band of Roelof Knol, it’s a Tower Defence game that’s also a University project, Pyra Defense. Lastly we’ve got Bowling Wizards, a crazy little game that has very little to do with actual bowling."
Hey now! Welcome to A Darker Images third (not-so) weekly column looking at the wide world of Playstation Mobile titles. This week ADI looks at two titles from Chillingo and a great puzzle game.
Gaming Union: ''The PlayStation Vita is full of great potential as its library of games is growing all the time, with new additions every month.
That's where Gaming Union's newest feature PS Vita Round-Up comes into play. Every month we will be bringing you the latest and greatest releases available for the PlayStation Vita platform that you need to know about.
So get your dual-analog sticks ready, and let's dive into the big releases for the month of August 2013!''
While there are a few PS3 games in there too, it's good to see the PS Vita's library consistently growing.
The upcoming support for the Vita should grow it's install base.
Can't wait to play BF4 on my Vita using remote play!
Remote play in its current form very low but noticable latency. Remote play on ps4 is suppose to be better though. Back touch pad can be L2/L3/R2/R3.
Pocket Gamer: Little Acorns falls short of greatness, but it has many of the hallmarks of a hit iOS platformer and it's well worth a download.
