Joystiq: The coming PS3 HD edition of Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker was supposed to include Hideo Kojima's cloud-saving gem, Transfarring, to share game saves between the PSP and PS3 -- notice the past tense "was supposed to." Transfarring will only be available in Japan when Peace Walker releases in November, according to Konami's information packet from TGS 2011.
If you're replaying MGS1 in any of its available forms, you'll want to know how to unlock all the best items in the game!
The Metal Gear Solid HD Collection launched in 2011, and is still the best way to play Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater ahead of the remake.
Can’t wait to one day break that game out of the collection vault
Currently playing Snake Eater HD on CRT 16:9, via Scart RGB. Game looks great but not as clean as MGS2, but thats due to the setting. Can't wait for the remake + the next HD collection on PS5.
Months after they were removed from sale, a number of Metal Gear Solid games have yet to return to the PlayStation and Xbox stores.
Konami's too busy with their Pachinko machines to worry over silly little things like this.
I'm kind of confused about the article (maybe because I haven't slept yet after my long hour at work) but the title says "Japanese versions of MGS HD" but when I read the article it only mentions MGS: PeaceWalker.
So the title is kind of misleading.
Obvious that the Japanese version of Peacewalker is only going to be transferable with the Japanese version of the PSP Peacewalker.
As I would assume that the US version of Peacewalker is only transferable with the US version of the PSP Peacewalker.
