Just put the .pet file in PS3/THEME folder on an external FAT32 USB hard drive.. connect to the PS3.. & then in Themes, click "install"
this is why they went through all the trouble to hack the PS3. To cheat at MW2 and create themes...
I haven't seen any benefit of hacking the PS3 as of yet.
