when bc2 came out I bought one off d2d, EADM, and Steam.

where you buy it from didn't matter as long as you associated a cd key with your EA account.

I've installed bc2 on pc's and logged into my ea account and it never asked for my cd key as it was tied to my account. Pretty nifty imo. I'll more than likely get my copies from EA.

its not that bad. just constant slow updates. if you want it right away, and this is the cheapest you can find it it will be worth it.

My laptop can run bad company 2 at medium settings just fine @ 1280x720. This beast of a game however I'm not sure

lol I love the disagree. I already know I'll max this game out easily. The videos being shown are from a single GTX 580. I have SLI GTX 560's and on average I can go about 10-15FPS higher than a single GTX 580 before the beta drivers that increased my performance a lot. I don't even know why I'm explaining myself...I should hit 60FPS just fine.

Im hoping to get myself a 2nd 570 by the time this game releases.

Id love to be able to play BF3 in 3D but BFBC2 chugs in 3D on a single 570, not sure how much better it will be with 2 of them.

I hope no one can max BF3 on release, if a game can be maxed on release it is not pushing the hardware hard enough.

The game is £40 from the EA store, but its only £30 from Amazon, plus you don't have to deal with downloading it!
