Videogameszone had the chance to talk to Patrick Bach, DICE's Executive Producer. One of the question was: Will Battlefield 3 support PlayStation Move and 3D?
nooooooo not motion plzzzzz
??? it's always better to have 2 options than 1. you can still play with joystick
If u don't like motion controls, u have the OPTION to not use them. For people like me who happen to enjoy them, I'd have the OPTION to use them. See? Options are good. Everyone wins, and the developer gets more buyers.
All the feedback from KZ3 Move support have been extremely positive so what's the problem? Or maybe it could be that you're afraid of getting owned by a Move player. :P
Here's the thread over at EA BF3 forums, show your support! http://forum.ea.com/eaforum...
you do have more than two options actually. You can use the controller, keyboard and mouse, and a joystick. why would DICE develop more on a platform that's not even the lead platform. They could be doing more useful with their time like developing more on the pc :)
Good option to pull the casuals. Hardcore is joystick or PS gun
@ vsr Move is actually more hardcore, it has a much higher learning curve than analogs and requires practice to master. Once you do, the accuracy is incredible but it takes about 1-1.5hrs to learn. People who don't play much games would have a hard time playing on Move but could easily manage with a controller.
Don't lose your time with that DICE, work on teslation, gameplay, maps and such instead
woaa the Best version is coming 2011
Got to laugh at poor Kinect owners. Where's the Kinect FPS? Pew, Pew, Pew There are none for a reason, the concept of pointing a finger at screen is retarded.
But pretending your using an assault rifle to shoot Helgans with a glowing vibrator is perfectly grown up. Give me a rest. For the record, I own 2 moves & navs and KZ3.
Sharp shooter says hi.
Hey genius, the sharpshooter is what I'm talking about.
Why would you want to play an FPS with anything other than a keyboard and mouse or a controller? They are perfectly fine without the need for motion controls.
That's 2 very different control schemes that are fine with but no others are allowed. Are you 60 years old and read the Daily Mail?Talk about set in your ways.More choice is better.
Yeah that's what I keep hearing "more choice is better" and yet no one can make an argument for why motion controls are actually better. Who said they're not allowed? Not me, but if there's no benefit to them over existing control methods then what's the point?
Extremely narrow minded viewpoint guigsy. "if there's no benefit to them over existing control methods then what's the point? " Maybe...it's fun? Since when did everything that is made have to be better ? BTW Move is more intuitive than a controller and that better IMO.
It would be nice if they implemented it. The only problem i see is Kinect. What i mean by this is maybe they wont include move support into the game because they cant do the same with Kinect. Its to keep both versions the same and to prevent people from accusing them of favoring one console over the other.
After KZ3 i can see no problem with motion control done right just give people there options.
I've been playing KZ3 with the move for the past week. I'm absolutely loving it. I can't imaging going back to a game pad.
Move support would put this game at number 1 on my most wanted 2011 game list.
