These shots are from the snowy Discovery map and the all-a-bit-too-reminiscent Berlin Wall map. Discovery is particularly notable for its destructive environments - in which you'll be able to blow up walkways and the like to frustrate and incapacitate opponents.
The video on Black Ops 1 shows some separate rooms, assets, and other features which exist outside of the boundary of the game.
