If HHG is reporting about it, chances are it won't happen. He miscontrues developer words and overplays anything they tell him. And obviously, this being the co-President of Naughty Dog, a PS3 exclusive company, he feels it right to compare their "FPS" (which does not exist) to Halo, a 360 exclusive IP. There are tons of better FPS games, and he chooses Halo in his headline. All for the purpose of flamebait.

Also, Prince of Persia: Forgotten Sands is good, but not 9/10 good. Then again, HHG likes those free review copies too much to ever be honest about any game, doesn't he?

Naughty dog are good at giving a character a personality, not only through cut scenes, but through the characters chatter through the game itself, through animation and certain actions. Having a first person game would limit that ability quite a bit, but it would certainly be interesting.

On a side note looking forward to seeing what Valve does on PS3 though Valve games only belong on PC.
Valve games on consoles are just inferior to PC due to mods and depending on your PC rig you can have superior graphics depending on how much your willing to invest in that rig.
