If it is I'll pass.

You know what? As 1980's as that game is, I can see some casuals getting a kick out of it. $10 - $15? Sold!

This is okay for PS-Eye, but Natal can do real 3D fighting. This could still sell on the 360 in the Indie section.

masterofpwnage5560d ago (Edited 5560d ago )

got proof?

i will wait for your response

bjornbear5560d ago

LMAO XD

HAH funny you believed that production video of the kung-fu game with the kid

*pat pat*

Bigpappy5560d ago

You asked. I delivered.

http://www.youtube.com/watc...

That is what 3D fighting looks like. PS-Eye and Eye-toy can not do that. That is not an attack on either of them. With the move PS-eye can do 2 hand 3D boxing, but would need 4 controllers to do kicking.

Sunny_D5560d ago

Not only was it a noob friendly game with all the hints, but it made the dude tired. HAHAHA!

P.S. It makes you look gay playing it.

HolyOrangeCows5560d ago

*Insert bickering of Natal vs Move*

This game looks pretty fun. I hope it gets more intense than just dodging warning lines, though.

masterofpwnage5560d ago (Edited 5560d ago )

thats is not natal my friend.
if natal can do that already then why wont they show it. instead they have the same stupid game.

they could of showed a tech of it since it was revealed.
that is not natal.

lil Titan5559d ago

WOW that was your video to confirm that natal can do 3d fighting games better? i wouldnt have replied to masterofpwnage if my proof had Master ninja theme song in the video plus the video wasnt really impressive to begin with

fryday5559d ago

MS accquired this company last year and they have been working on it since the beginning of 2000.

ChozenWoan5559d ago

As for the warning lines, I hope keep them. Just have the warning time get shorter as you get higher in level so that you have to react much quicker. A system like that should keep the adrenaline pumping.

Just FYI, they acquired it right after Sony ended their business with them. The same company was the one that performed most of Sony's out-of-house technology advancements with the PS3 Camera.

Both cameras can do 3D, it's much easier and less software intense on Natal, though, because of the multiple camera implementation.

And it wasn't just that game it came in a disk with around 10 other eyetoy games from sega.... great fun when I was in year 7-8.

DaTruth5560d ago

That was awesome! It made me LOL so hard! That kid was so professional about it too!

neil905560d ago (Edited 5560d ago )

Lag really doesn't matter (this was really just a dumb comment because lag never killed any product). The lack of precision and lack of analogue sticks are going to kill this product. How are you going to move around the game world. How are you going to play certain games with any mobility? The fact is this really has the same potential as the eyetoy because it renders only those type of casual mini games possible. The nun-chuck is what made the wii a brilliant console not the controller. Don't give me this nonsense of moon walking in your room as an example of the potential of natal. This is the reason why we only seen certain games on natal which is ricochet and project milo

Dom63905560d ago

Could you not use the Playstation move sub controller as for movement? however it works, from that video it is too early to tell how it plays out but this could be a fun PSN download for many people and even as a party game.

Kushan5560d ago (Edited 5560d ago )

This has nothing to do with Natal. This uses a regular camera (PSEye/360 Vision Cam). So...go away and quit trolling every time you see something relating to Natal?

neil905560d ago

That is what microsoft should do. But I still think playstation move, and waggle in general is just as worthless. What they should do is focus more on augmented reality and less on dumb waggle, and gesture based gameplay.

kanetheking5560d ago

had that it would be fing fun lol.r

It exists and works: This is the portable Xbox 360

Its creator eliminated components that were not essential to speed up its development, such as the Bluetooth of the controls.

As a kid i had some heart attacks playing this game. The soundtrack right on point with those close calls. I love this game.

shadowhaxor16h ago

Agreed. I still love it and play it often. Still sucks that Disney was like, nah... this game didn't do well, when it did well against other racers and reviewed well.

MaximusPrime_16h ago

Split/Second was one of the game I enjoyed playing. In fact it's still the most popular video on my YouTube channel. It's a gameplay of Split/Second posted 15 years ago. This past month 25 people viewed it. Split/Second is a favourite amongst racing gamers worldwide.

AuraAbjure12h ago

This game was super awesome and hella fun playing split-screen with the homie. Trashing your friend’s car during split-screen competition using one of those QuickTime events was so funny haha

wesnytsfs9h ago

That and Blur both deserve a sequel, they came out within days of eachother.

Project: Horned Owl Review

From the mid-1980s to the early part of the 2000s, light gun rail shooters were a staple in both arcade and home system gaming. Arguably, the genre started to really hit its stride in the mid-1990s. While games like Time Crisis, Virtual Cop, and House of the Dead, among others, dominated both the home system and arcade space, some one relegated to only home game systems. Today, we’ll be talking about a little-known cult game published by Sony called Project: Horned Owl. This game was developed by Alfa Systems, and all in all, this is a fun game.
