Square Enix have been teasing Final Fantasy IX's PSN release for some time now, notably confirming the topic had come up at a board meeting earlier this week.
Now Square Enix have reiterated those comments in English via the Square Enix Members twitter account for Japanese fans.
A new tweet from the company in English tells fans that there are "2 more days till the greenlight of FF9 on PSN in Japan."

The music is brilliant and beautiful in this game. Vivi is one of the best characters in the FF series (even though he's based on the black mages from the older FF games, Wakka is my favourite FF character).
This game is underrated. I did find the first 2 discs a bit boring but the 3rd disc is what makes the game great.
