Helldivers 2 players say Railgun is useless following it being nerfed

After the rocket weapons in the game were buffed, Helldivers 2 players say the Railgun is a useless weapon now.

Arc throwers are op. Friendly fire deaths are pretty much gone with the new arc resistance armor.

I literally unlocked the premium warbond in like a week…it doesnt require much effort at all, and I only play like a few hours a week.

The people complaining about warbonds dont even play the game, they’re trolls that dont have a PS5.

I'm gonna have to say this: SKILL ISSUE.

Turn on unsafe mode ya nerds.

It works exactly the same before the nerf on unsafe mode. Its actually properly balanced by the devs to be high risk high reward now. It's great powerful and versatile weapon. Your just gonna have to put in some effort and get good with it.

Railgun is still powerfull if you know how to use it. And I agree with arc thrower, a very powerfull crowd control weapon and can kill charger with just 7 fully charged hits..

It still works, but other weapons are now better. Would be interesting to see stats on how many are playing with it now. From my experience no one is using it any more.

Laser cannon viable now, can shred the vents on : Tanks, Hulks, Mortars and Turret towers, from a fair distance

I have two shot bile titans with the railgun after nerf. Full overcharge into the open mouth. It isn't nearly as good, but it isn't useless.
