Smash Bros. Creator Masahiro Sakurai Believes Video Games Are “Really Cheap”
The developer of Garry's Mod has announced it is in the process of removing all Nintendo-related content from Steam Workshop after receiving a takedown request from Nintendo.
Remedy has made a couple of changes to its core management team with the goal to grow Alan Wake and Control into larger franchises.
Changes like not being anti consumer? putting out Alan Wake Remastered on disc but not the sequel?
CGM Writes: While we were over at PAX East, we were able to sit down with Goichi Suda (Suda51) and talk about the upcoming remaster of Shadows of the Damned
Haven't seen the video, because i don't have time, but if that's the actual statement, i agree.
Paying $60 - $80 dlls for something that has been made up by hundreds or even thousands of people through a period of 3 - 8 years and that has way more work than some movies or art forms and it's also interactable is cheap as hell.
I've always compared a game with movies or even food, there are some dinners that costs more than $60-100 dlls and we just ate for 2-3 hours, gaming in the other hand is something that it's forever and we can have a great time with it.
Masahiro Sakurai is extremely talented, but his opinion is that of someone who lives in a country without poverty. When for the vast majority of the world thinks exactly the opposite.
