For the most part, they were right as the original game was never released in the West but low and behold, the sequels and even a VR version were eventually released many years later. Now in celebration of the ten year anniversary for the series Gal*Gun has been remastered as Gal*Gun Returns and released with nearly every piece of DLC that was released for the original. So now that the game that started it all has finally closed the gap, is it worth your time?"

Gal*Gun is a decent remaster of a less-than-average shooter. It’s not going to revolutionize the genre for anyone, but if you want some fanservice, you’ve come to the right place. Just be prepared to leave your dignity at the door.

Inti Creates Interview: Producer Matt Papa Talks Blaster Master, Gunvolt, & 25th Anniversary

VGChartz's Evan Norris: "Inti Creates has been busy over the last 25 years. Formed by 10 developers in Chiba Prefecture in 1996, the Japanese studio spent the majority of its first 15 years helping shepherd the legendary Mega Man franchise. In 2014, it hit a major milestone by releasing its first two self-published games, Azure Striker Gunvolt and Mighty Gunvolt. Since then the company hasn't looked back, turning out a dozen titles, with at least two more due out in the next two years.

Ahead of the studio's 25th anniversary, Matt Papa, Inti Creates Producer & Localization Director, shared his thoughts about the past, present, and future of the company."
