RPG Maker MV cancelled for Xbox One

The Xbox One version of RPG Maker MV has been cancelled due to “various circumstances,” publisher Kadokawa Games announced.

RPG Maker MV launched for PlayStation 4 and Switch as RPG Maker MV Trinity in Japan in November 2018. The Xbox One version was originally planned to launch alongside the PlayStation 4 and Switch versions, but was delayed to “early 2019.”

In North America and Europe, RPG Maker MV will now only be released for PlayStation 4 and Switch sometime in 2019.

The One and Switch would have had cross sharing for created content whereas the PS4 ecosystem was going to be stuck to only PS4 user created content so I don’t know why people are thumbing you down. The Xbox version was way more pro-consumer than the PS4 version because of content shared between it and switch planned
