NieR: Automata Game of the YoRHa Edition for PS4 and PC Detailed by Square Enix

Today, Square Enix confirmed the details of the NieR: Automata Game of the YoRHa Edition, which was leaked back in November by its ESRB rating.

It's entirely worth it for those who never tried the game, and are on PS4 and PC.

It's one of the best action RPGs of the past few years.

I got this game a year ago and its not even opened. I dont know why i keep buying games when i have so little time to play. Just looking at my game library, i could see that i have over 15 unopened games sitting on the shelf.

i played it on the OneX and didn’t notice any stuttering or frame rate issues.

Unfourtinately Nier Automata has tehnical problems across all platforms on the OG Ps4 it’s absolutely horrendous end of story on the Pro its much much better and its the platform where i played it the most but still far from great, on the X the framerate is just a little better than the Pro and the Pc port had a variety of problems as well trust me i watched a ton of the analysis videos on this game because i care for it a lot and it’s a tehnical mess across all platforms it hurts man.

Got it on PS4 as I thought it might be a fun game to platinum but never got around to the tons of endings. But PC support was horrible from what I've read anyway so I was probably better off.

I played the game and got the plat, and played it some on the OGPS4, and while the frame rate wasn't amazing all the time, I never really ran into any problems that made it hard to play.

PC Port I understand had issues, but never played that.

Analysis are great and all, but they tend to focus in on the worst of it, and IMO, tend to make people see problems they wouldn't notice otherwise.

What platform are u playing on? I've not noticed any on the X, haven't tried on og Xbox or my ps4

i bought it originally on my ps4 on sale, played the first couple missions on it and it was stuttering, heard it announced for xbox with enhancements, and when i read the eurogamer comparison i sold my ps4 copy and bought it on Xbox instead, and i really enjoyed it. I’ve only done one story play through tho

Heard bad things about the PC, but personally didn't notice anything too major on the PS4. Pro worked great, but I sometimes played this on the OGPS4 in the bedroom, and while the frame rate would dip sometimes, I never saw any problems that made it worth mentioning. Can't speak for other platforms, but I've heard it runs good on the X1X.

I know a lot of people that played the game on PS4 or PS4P, and none of them ever said it was unplayable. In fact, outside of the initial analysis of the game at launch, and talk about it on the PC, I've never heard of performance issues for this game on PS4 at all. So, while it may exist, I didn't notice myself, but I don't sit there counting frames or how often a poly object gets clipped.

i don't think anything will be changed here. They badly support their products. Thx God there is a mod fix for PC

Use the Far mod and Texture mod on PC.. for a huge improvement.

Bought it recently and beat it. Great game. The ending was abit rushed imo but it's cool what they did to the game's replay value. Was not expecting thatbto happen.

Still, i feel like the sequel will truly allow the franchise to shine.

It's also a spin-off of another series, with direct connection to it so kind of a sequel to that as well.

Their goal was to fight for the survival of mankind, so that humans could one day return to Earth, after escaping to the moon way way before Nier takes place.
