Octopath Traveler is shaping up to be the challenging JRPG we've all been waiting for. It's been years since I've played such an innovating and yet classic game in the genre. The different stories and extremely challenging battles result in a game that should be on every RPG fan's wish list. I can't wait to jump back in!
Last month, the beloved JRPG Octopath Traveler was banished forthwith from the Kingdom of the Switch eShop. Okay, if you'll excuse the dramatics, it was temporarily delisted with no official explanation as to why. Well the good news is that it's back, as confirmed by Square Enix itself.
Octopath Traveler delisted from the Nintendo eShop, leaving fans puzzled. Stay updated on this surprising turn of events.
Maybe due to it being published by square now has something to do with it. They delisted the Nintendo published version and will probably list the Square one going forward.
Go digital they say
Example after example shows why all digital isn't a good idea. Yet people still doing it.
NVIDIA announced that Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition, OCTOPATH TRAVELER and OCTOPATH TRAVELER II are available on GeForce NOW.
There are a lot of rpgs coming out for the Switch in the next month but I think this one looks the best of all of them. It's great that there are 8 individual storylines but all can be completed in one playthrough of the game.
I agree, this game looks absolutely fantastic, something for fans of the new and old, the best thing about it is being able to play it on the go, I think playing RPG's like Persona 4 Golden and various other JRPG's have spoiled me to the point where it's hard to sit down and really want to continue though an 100 hour JRPG.
Looks cool. This game will probably be my tipping point to buy a switch. Im the one to wait until they have a bunch of titles im interested in and then i jump in.
