God of War PS4 has completely revamped the level up and progression system that is traditionally expected from the series. You now earn experience points by fulfilling certain conditions and can even level up your Leviathan Axe.
The alleged God of War game that is said to be set in the Greek mythology is rumored to have had its release postponed to the year 2026.
no surprise... this gen has been 'almost' a total wash for Sony. They has been shifting games to 26. Probably to pad out the eventual release of the PS6, which is also rumored for 26/27.
Man, I wish we could go back to the hood ol’ days of God of War. I totally understand the craft and talent that went into the modern version, but I found them incredibly boring. I love the spectacle and unapologetic visceral and energy of the originals. They were shocking, brutal, and completely bad-ass. Wish we could get back to those days.
Hate to break it to you, but we've already had, like, seven GoW games set in Greek mythology. Did you mean Egyptian mythology...in your headline?
wait wait wait wait. Greek Mythology? wtf? Why are why are we going back?
edit: Supposedly it's a spinoff and its metriodvania style????? SIGN ME UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tom Henderson and Jeff Grubb suggest a 2.5D Metroidvania-style God of War spin-off is in development, set in Greece before Kratos becomes a god.
I wouldn't mind playing that, I'm guessing somewhat in the vein of Prince Of Persia:TLC but hopefully with better graphics.
🤔 Interesting. Nothing wrong with switching it up to a different genre of game for a side project. Hope they don't try to do that to a main entry.
PlayStation - The Concert is a magical musical experience for fans of the brand.
earning is harder at first - but load up on "luck" and you'll be raking in xp and hacksilver in like crazy.
All of this just works so well, and is different enough to be new and fresh. Loving this game so much.
"The best way to earn points is to progress through the main story and complete certain objectives."
lol, so just play the game then.
my recomendation to anyone, after getting the first few skills in the axe, focus on the bare hands play more, as stun damage is hugely important to keeping yourself alive later on. gottta love those invincibility frames
