Kim: At long last, after 3 years since The Sims 4 has released, the most awaited expansion pack is finally here. I mean, what could make one of the best life simulation video game series, The Sims, more realistic and interesting? Pets of course. It’s been a long wait, so let’s see if this new expansion, developed by Maxis and The Sims Studio and published by Electronic Arts, is worth it.
The Sims 4 can become more than a little repetitive, even if fans of the EA series hate to admit it. After all, there are only so many kitchen fires, cow plants, and glitched rotting plates of food we can handle. Thankfully, various challenges help spice things up.
The Sims 4 is once again on sale for $4.99 on PC. A number of expansions and game packs are up to 50% off. If you prefer playing on console, you can get it on sale for $19.99 on PS4 and Xbox One.
Richard writes: "This DLC is more about the Create-a-Sim features for cats and dogs, and then the day-to-day interactions with your pets - stroking, playing, feeding, exercising – rather than getting involved with any outlandish activities for you and your pet to enjoy together."
Oh boy...if my daughter sees this she's going to make me buy it...
