Stress? I heard this is one of the easiest marios out there. You wanna know stress? Play cuphead.

I've got an idea for you.... read the article before commenting. Just a suggestion.

Ah I see, so not stress of gameplay but stress of finding moons. Ok...still cuphead is driving me crazy lol.

Uken122353d ago

Honestly collecting all the moons is really boring. It really shows how some worlds are nothing. Like Hat World for example. Seriously it is smaller than one level in Mario 3D World. Except you have to find 50 moons in the area.

I enjoyed Mario Odyssey but the 900 moons thing is boring. Revising the areas to tediously look in every corner is not enjoyable at all. It is a good game, enjoyable and creative. But I feel it is just so small for a 3D Mario game for today. I still think 3D World is better. Champions Road was a monster of a level.

Yeah, this is completionist-related stress and it's also kinda joking around. Very different from Cuphead, where beating the game is harder, but it's also the entire point and there isn't much beyond it (well, speedruns, but still).

FYI, this game is only (kindda) easy when you stick to the story’s path. Even then you would have failed many times before getting all the required moons to get to the next kingdom.

The real challenge however lies in finding optional moons. Some of those challenges are so mad that they might make you pull out your hair (damn you jumping rope and beach ball!).

I'm stopping at 500 moons (real story ending) as I have way too many other games to catch up on. May go back to it in the near future.

I still have probably over 50% of the moons to find. So much to do in this game.

I'm not doing bad I'm over 800 moons :)

My top 3 are Mario 3, Mario World and Mario 64. Mario Odyssey is also excellent, and I enjoyed Sunshine but didn't care for the Galaxy series.

The 7 Best Selling Switch Games of All Time

The Nintendo Switch has been an undeniable success for Nintendo, but which games make the best selling chart for the console?

Animal crossing came out the week the entire world shutdown. Yeah I bought it.

Agreed. I think a lot of the AC: H sales have to do with early lockdown players!

I mean, I would've played it anyway. But I guess there's a lot of people who got into it because of the hype and their new found free time!

DivineHand12572d ago

Nintendo made out like bandits with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. It's the same game that was on the WiiU except they added 2 item boxes like in double dash.

kevco3372d ago

It's the Capcom method:

1. Add a new word to the end of the title and features that should've been expected first time around.
2. Charge full price for it.
3. Profit.

this is why i always say that Nintendo will always be fine. look at those numbers lol

and those are all first party games.
