Sadly not really with the amount of detail and exploration as the Stalker series. The closest is the Metro series and that could just be because it is made in Ukraine too.

The atmosphere in the stalker games is something else

To this day there is not a game that came even close to S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games in terms of immersive atmosphere. Atmosphere in these games is nothing short of brilliant.
