New Zelda: Breath of the Wild locations, characters revealed

Bill Trinen took to the pre-show of the Game Awards to show off some new footage from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild which included new enemies, creatures, fellow villagers, new locations, airships, and new powers.

We haven't had a new console Zelda since 2011. I would hardly call it milked. The fact we don't get new ones often keeps the series fresh unlike series like Assassins Creed or Call of Duty.

I'm excited as hell for all three games, actually. And I think all three will probably be very close contenders for the GOTYs next year. Although Horizon is a bit of an unproven game compared to Mass Effect and Zelda, but definitely looks awesome.

Sorry , but watching two idiots playing a game that look many generations old with frame rate issues is not a good experience.
Many will disagree with me but this is my opinio .the reveal does not impress at all.

It does not look many gens old, and I don't know what stream you were watching but mine didn't show any slowdowns.

There were definitely very visible frame rate issues on the stream, and those are also visible on the Zelda footage in the Switch's reveal trailer, along with other videos released for this game. I'm guessing the game is truly enormous and very taxing for the Wii U hardware. Still, nothing that makes the game unplayable or anything. But it definitely isn't a stable 30 fps, judging by what they've shown.

I disagree with everything else the dude said, though. Bill Trinen definitely isn't an idiot, and the game doesn't look "many generations old".
