All this hype train with 4k consoles is smelling like dead fish, if they can do 2k and 30 fps it's a huge step.

Remember how excited we were when the Xbox One and PS4 were announced as 1080p consoles? Then BF4 came out with it's 900p and 720p truth.

This is the case with the Scorp and it's 4K hype train.

Content authored at 4K for the PC version. There's no way in hell the Scorp can render Gear 4 at native 4K.

The Xbox supports dynamic resolution. So maybe the the game will be in 4K when your character is in a closet or bathroom. As soon as he leaves the game switches to 1080p.
