There are two type of games to find in bargain bins though. There are old or unappreciated games that are still very much worth playing and then there's stuff that just couldn't survive in a capitalist market due to a stunning lack of worth. If you've read the review this far and still can't figure out which one Bit-Tech think Code of Honor 2 is then this is probably the game for you.
AVault:
"Code of Honor: Conspiracy Island is yet another in a line of bad games that have mysteriously come my way from the same developer/publisher. There were honest attempts to make a shooter here, and while some of the graphical touches try to mimic the big guns of PC gaming, FPS fans are smarter than this. Spend $10 more and get something like Crysis: Warhead. I'm sure you'll thank yourself in the end."
The last game that had anything to do with the French Foreign Legion was a nasty little game I reviewed a couple of years ago called Boiling Point where the hero is a former Legionnaire. So now, three years later, it's time to revisit those tough as nails legionnaires and see what sort of disservice has been wrought upon them this time.

Like bolting square tires to your sedan, the result is technically functional, but incredibly clunky. The team-based and free-for-all multiplayer modes aren't worth your time, but beyond the single-player's moving subtlety (spotting an enemy high on a cliff, the protagonist utters: "This might be a good time to put a sniper scope on my FAMAS..."), There's not a hint of anything to imply a "conspiracy" on this isle, unless the Illumnati, the Girl Scouts, and David Duchovny were all somehow involved in allowing Code of Honor a second release.
