Gamespot:
In Paperbound, warriors rip through their paper confines to perform gravity defying battles across a host of colorful worlds. Ninjas clash with guardians of Egyptian pyramids, while demons and skull-headed monstrosities fight tooth and claw. Paperbound is a frantic arena game promising hours of vivid combat, though some flaws make sure those hours are short.
Paperbound Brawlers is a smash-up brawler that combines platforming, twitchy combat, and gravity redirection in a four-person competitive couch multiplayer setting.
Jason Coles writes: "Everyone's heard of Nidhogg and Towerfall (if you haven't, well now you have too), but what about the multiplayer games that everyone doesn't know about?"
Paperbound is getting a huge update, later this month. Here’s what you can expect in this update.
