The zombie types, weapon mods, and RPG elements are all very reminiscent of Dead Island, but by no means are they the same. If anything, Dying Light is an improvement from Dead Island’s more colorful arcade style action. With that said, Techland has a great title on their hands with this one and although the story and parkour may not be perfectly polished, it’s definitely set a new standard for zombie survival games for future developers."
