2K Games has announced today that XCOM: Enemy Within will be launching tomorrow on iOS, Android and Amazon devices for $12.99 as a standalone app.
XCOM: Enemy Unknown was ported to iOS in June 2013 and later to Android devices back in April of this year. The game, while taxing on some devices, delivered the entire experience that console and PC players had experienced first in 2012 on mobile platforms and Enemy Within looks to follow in its footsteps.
One of the biggest releases of the year, Starfield, is days away from its full global release, with owners of its Premium and Constellation Editions already having had early access for a couple of days, and unsurprisingly, the excitement surrounding the space-faring RPG’s launch has resulted in increased hardware sales for Xbox as well.
