The initial range of games are to go on sale through the PlayStation Store within the next few weeks and will cost between $5.99 and $10.99, taking between 140MB to 550MB of memory space.
decent prices and file sizes. not bad
i think its okay, but i think the prices are a little high for games that are many years old and you can find them used at like a dollar or two? they should be 5 bucks all of them
you're forgetting that if you have the PSP, you're also paying for the convenience of playing the game on the go. Not to mention the fact that there are some of those rare jems of games that are selling on eBay for more than the next generation games are currently going for. I think this is a fair price range considering I probably wouldn't go through the hastle of having to locate the game and then popping it inside my PS1 or PS2 to play it. fair prices IMO Also to the person below me. Sony has already anounced that this service will not be limited to just PS3 owners. They are set to put out over 6,000 WiFi stations for PSP owners to download free/paid content into their PSP's.
They shouldn't make the service for PS3 owners only. The PSP is a separate system from PS3. PSP owners should be able to download games from their PC or over their WiFi connections and not have to pay $500-$600 just so they can download PSone games.
