Plants vs Zombies 2 Review by Gaming on Android

Triverse writes, "Long time coming is an understatement for Plants vs Zombies 2: It’s About Time on the Android platform. While iOS gamers had this game for awhile, that does not waver the quality of the Android release. This sequel feels a lot like what gamers were presented with going from Super Mario Bros to Super Mario Bros 3. More of the good stuff with new additions that expand the overall game, though In App Purchases rear their ugly head."

It's a must buy game (wait it's free), but I'm sure u already knew how fun this game is.

The game is great. The challenge is set on high (something so many others complain about). This is just more of the first game with some tweaks that some hate (moving certain plants behind a pay wall does suck but it is free).

With the amount of piracy in the world, IAP is one way publishers have found to combat it to some extent. Sucks for the consumer because a few bad apples ruined it for everyone but it happens.

They have a lot of talent at pop cap so i can say the game is fun but since EA bought them you can see where it shows the whole idea of micro trans actions. I would almost want to pay full price of the game that could have been pre micro trans action era

I wish companies would offer both. Offer a free version with IAP and then also offer a paid version without IAP (maybe stagger the releases or something).

The free to play style to it just kills it. Just like Candy crush, fun game till you hit a wall and literally cannot play anymore....

I have been playing for awhile and yet to hit a wall. I have found some levels that required multiple plays to complete. Most are star challenges but nothing stopping me from "completing" the game yet.

When is this damn game coming to pc

I would love to see this game on PC, playing it at an extremely high resolution and seeing what they do for the PC market (not exactly a popular area for IAP).

Sad to read that "We Happy Few" is a disappointment. I own it but haven't gotten around to playing it yet. I am a BIG fan of their previous game, "Contrast."

I LOVE "Anthem," but I didn't get into the game until late 2020. I put in over 900 hours into the game. It isn't perfect, but it is a masterpiece. I look forward to the eventual sequel, which I predict 3 / 4 to around the end of the PlayStation 6's lifecycle.

Our Favorite Mobile Games

Jacob St-Amour from Link-Cable Writes: "It would be practically impossible to find someone who has never played a mobile game, even among those who may look down upon these devices as a gaming platform. Like any other gaming device, we here at Link-Cable love our mobile games and have spent countless hours playing these handheld titles for hours on end. With so much to choose from and so many different experiences, we thought we would list our favourite mobile games that we have invested our time playing over the years."

LOVED the first one. Haven't touched this since they monetized the sh*t out of it.
