GamesRadar - With the summer release schedule drying up like it always does, we've been given a chance to go back and revisit one of the biggest games of the generation to see how it fares on our 'How Fast Can You Die In...' leaderboard. That's right, it's Skyrim's chance to shine. Can we fall off the cart in the introduction scene? Will the dragon's fiery breath turn us into a cinder in one go? And how long can we resist the opportunity to make an 'arrow to the knee' joke?
As The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered takes up 125GB, original designer Bruce Nesmith recalls fitting Skyrim into a tiny file size.
Skyrim is still my favorite ES game. I’m playing through it again right now since I never finished it.
That judicious lack of oversight permeated everything in Bethesda's RPGs, in a positive fashion.
I much prefer a left alone Obsidian and Larian Studios. Bethesda's formula has grown old for me.
Skyrim blew my mind when it released. That game took me to the gaming, promisedland. Going back to it when it was updated for the PS5, it felt slightly rough around the edges, but great for its time
We should leave Obsidian alone. Bethesda on the other hand should be kept under constant psychiatric observation.
Big Bethesda Nintendo Switch eShop sale now live with lowest prices ever for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Doom (2016), and more.
If I'm facing a dragon? Pretty fast.
Not fast heck even when upping the difficulty I'm still pretty invincible.
The Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul mod made your encounters with enemies become extremely difficult. I recall having to enter the god mode cheat just to avoid death.
Play legendary difficulty, after you get your bindings cut off, die to the first enemy you fight.
skyrim is pretty easy and its enemies are rinse and repeat. if you die then I don't think you should be gaming anymore. you should be watching tv series like game of thrones and such at this point so you can learn stuff instead lol.
Fight a Giant straight away with a new character... it wont be pretty.
