During their coverage of Comic Con 2013, Gareth at Skewed and Reviewed has posted a hands on report of the pending PS 4 game Knack. He said that despite appearing as a game aimed at kids it was very enjoyable and had a good deal of challenge to it.
I am so wrecked I though I had made a typo with the voice software. We got back yesterday and have been writing and posting like crazy so I was worried I messed up. My wife has got the really good stuff but waiting for her to wake up and post.
When will we see live footage of killzone?
I am hoping PAX Prime. I asked about that and they were not saying. But PAX Prime is a very big show and is close to when the anticipated release will come. Sony has always had a large floor space there so I would expect the same. Last year they were showing off Little Big Planet Karting, The Last of Us footage, God of War: Ascension and other titles so it would be a good place for them to show it off. They also have shown off titles there in the past there in private meetings that they would not allow us to play only look at like the last Infamous and the Ratchet and Clank All 4 One.
Thanks for the reply,I am looking forward to Knack but Killzone is my most anticipated game for ps4.
I agree, that looks amazing. I also think Second Son will be very good as well. I think those two will really be great games to test out the sharing features like demoing with friends and streaming. I am really curious to see how that works as people have asked us about streaming games more rather than posting our gameplay footage. I did play Blacklight at E3 and liked the game. It was a rough version and had some lag and hesitation issues in that build but it worked well enough. I told the developers as someone who plays shooters with a mouse and keyboard mainly, I tend to overcompensate on a console and spray and pray more than I like to in online play. I said if the touchpad could be used like a mouse for aiming where I moved with the sticks, locked on with the pad for sniper and precision shots and then played as usual that would be a nice feature.
