VVV:"We've got some more gameplay action from The Crew's triple screen setup at E3, this time focusing on a team-based multiplayer match where the objective is to track down and take out an enemy Hummer.
Suffice to say, the random player we recorded could probably do with some driving game lessons and spends the majority of the time getting lost. Nevertheless, it's clear that The Crew's online multiplayer has some serious potential, particularly when you consider the opportunities for exploration and larking about the vast open world will provide."
Plaintiffs bring up a new claim, too, in amended complaint.
***Replying to Ubisoft’s argument that the statute of limitations is up, the plaintiffs responded with their own photos of The Crew’s packaging, which states that the activation code for the game doesn’t expire until 2099; that’s an example of how Ubisoft “implied that [The Crew] would remain playable during this time and long thereafter,” per the amended complaint.***
I really hope this resonates with the judge on the two-sided talk Ubisoft has going on here. You can't have your cake and eat it as well, IMHO.
I hope the judge favors the consumers because it really sucks what thees companies are doing. I am sure these companies will simply change their user agreements to add these new "we don't own the games clauses"
Good thing i haven't bought a Ubisoft game since ac origins, and even that was a mistake 😆
Ubisoft faces a class action lawsuit over The Crew shutdown, raising key questions about digital game ownership.
The Outerhaven writes: With the closure of The Crew's online servers, Ubisoft has started removing access to the game from anyone who owns it on Ubisoft Connect.
I see they're trying their best to surpass Activision Blizzard for being the most hated gaming company. Keep at it, Ubisoft, I believe!
I have the setup to do this and I use it for all the new racing games :D
What the hell is this. Baja? Or crazy taxi driver?
Honestly now it would have been more physically correct if things would have slowed when they moved from tarmac to the sandy beach.. also just hitting/passing across solid objects and people like they were mere ghosts seems to be no fun at all.
I'd like to see more inter-action please.
Great seat-of-the-pants set-up though, can't argue about that.
The game looks good, but the video is poor quality.
Just seen so many video's from the show looking awful.
You should get a Sony hx9v for all your video recording needs.
