Crytek talk Xbox 720 and PS4 with PC similarities

Talk about the next generation consoles has given many gamers the impression the evolving technology within the new systems is going to be more reminiscent of what PC gamers have been appreciating over the years. More PC similarities will be prominent with both the Xbox 720 and PS4 according to Crytek who feel the next-gen consoles will be much more PC driven. (Crytek, PC, PS4, Xbox One)

games just sale better on consoles. even without all of that extra PC yadda yadda. plus these consoles give you a lot for what you pay for with all of the extra features that these companies have to put in them in order to keep them fresh and innovative. so upgradeable like a PC? not so much. expensive like a high end PC rig? mist definitely not. fun like a PC rig? better in this aspect. mainly because you can pick it up and instantly start playing without loading this and loading that. plus, most gamers prefer a controller. that's why PC gamers are using controllers now.

I used a joypad first and prefer Joypad for racers and platformers, but for FPS K&M for me, till consoles let you use it a K&M set up properly i'll stick to PC for FPS. The games on my PC play with no problems whether through Steam or not and I do play on consoles as well.

"consoles give you a lot for what you pay for with all of the extra features " I agree with you in that I enjoy gaming on consoles because of cinvinece and simply personal preference. but I cannot pretend to understand why you'd say pc games lack features and content. pc games offer midding, that alone is a gamechanger. mods like gary's mod have been keeping Half-Life actively played for 10 yrs and its a single player game. not to mention pc gamers often patch and update thier own purchased games, she share the updates if Developers never get around to it. its almost as if pc gaming community is given a product, a few tools and left alone to see what they can do with them. as a consoles gamer I almost feel spoon fed simetimes. guess thats why games like lbp and halo's forge have impressed me.
