"Announced all the way back in 2006, I was ecstatic to hear they were making a new Aliens game that focused on the Colonial Marines. I may have only been in Junior High at the time, but I knew what the Aliens franchise was, and the reveal article written by Game Informer had me excited. I continued to check up on the game every so often to see how it was doing, when it would be released, and so on.
Now that it’s here and I’ve finally gotten the chance to play it, does it live up to my full expectations?" (Nick Calandra, OnlySP.com)

Can't argue with any of those really, but I would add Resident Evil Operation Racoon City and Metal Gear Survive to that list. Both terrible games from good franchises.
Bulletstorm, I actually liked the gameplay but the atrocious writing and characters made me despise the game by the end of it.
Thanks to a bustling mod community on Steam, Gearbox's Aliens: Colonial Marines actually has a stellar multiplayer experience to offer these days.
