Pre-orders are disappointing for Aliens, Crysis 3 and Gears Judgment. The rest have done pretty well. I hope Aliens is awesome(for me, it will be. Love Aliens)

Gears turned into something no one seems to talk about at all. For one of MS's top selling IPs, I figured this would get at least a little publicity. I saw a thing online on Rev3 talking about how it appears as if MS doesn't want to put any effort into this games marketing. Shame to be honest.

BanBrother4092d ago

Yes, a lot'of that has to do with the fact that Gears 3 is still played and loved by many Gears players. They don't see Judgment as an improvement, just something different. I'll still get it for its single player and overrun modes though.

I would have prefered something new or at least a next-gen launch Gears maybe. To soon, but I'm sure Gears players will still enjoy it.

They did announce that Gears Judgment went Gold, so I think it's doing better than is represented here. It'll sell well, but honestly the Xbox 360 crowd has been waiting the longest for a new console. A lot of the people I know are waiting for the next Xbox.

Seems like Microsoft has completely shifted focus to the future, but Judgment does look pretty good and I personally have it pre-ordered.

It would be amazing if LoU were to have more pre-orders by the time it releases than GoW considering the strength of that franchise. It's got about a half month more till release and trails by about 60,000 so could happen. Got my collectors edition for GoW and survival edition for LoU preordered.

Fallout 4's 'next gen' update is over 14 gigs, breaks modded saves, & doesn't change much at all

We were expecting problems with mod support, but there are a lot of other issues.

Wow what the actual hell 🤣🤣🤣

just_looken6h ago

This is why you get the GOG version on gog you can select the version of the game to download.

On pc fallout 4 fallout new vegas and skyrim are all broken on steam because they all got the same "next gen" update.

Skyrim dec 2023
https://www.pcgamer.com/sky...

Can not find new vegas but anyone that modded it knows the script extender there was also broken

Valkyrye4h ago

Not accidental, they want modders to stop modding their older games to force them to mod Shitfield.

just_looken2h ago

There doing the same on starfield with a mods store and blocking mods

There goal is like blizzard and what they did with fallout 76 you make mods they can sell and you become a slave.

On skyrim they have "trusted" mod devs now basically a badge that lets your mod on the store you get a crumb of the sale when someone buys it.

Inverno1h ago

lol to the disagrees, the last Skyrim update broke mods too. They've been trying to kill mods to monetize them in creation club for years, it's not a stretch that they purposely put out patches just to break free mods.

Over 14 GBs and doesn't change much at all? What? Taking up that much drive space for a pathetic 'remastering' is shameful.

Par for Bethesda.
