Online games in China are a big business—so much so that every now and then a company will put out lavish rewards to get gamers to either register for a game, or to play a game for a certain period. These gifts range from limited items to use in-game to sometimes pretty good real world prizes, like an iPad mini. During the holiday break a female player decided to defraud a game contest and left a single gamer broken-hearted to win herself an iPad mini, drawing the ire of netizens around China: they've even launched a "human flesh search".
