Thunder Wolves - Review | ReviewMango

It’s a fair assumption to say that we all like explosions. It’s also a fair assumption to say that we’re fairly fond of pointless cursing and similar nonsense. So, when someone takes it a step further and combines the two, the expected result is at least supposed to be entertaining, no? This is what Most Wanted Entertainment has tried to do with Thunder Wolves, a helicopter action game that takes one part explosion, and marries it to a little bit of good ol’ Duke Nukem-style comedy and just to be safe, a dash of heavy metal.

"Even the story harks back to the Mega Drive classics –with many of the missions being set either in the late 80’s or early 90s. There’s nukes, dictators, captured soldiers. Basically every film and game of the era has been raided for clichés- which sounds good, but things get almost too cheesy for the action to sustain."
