If there's one thing the DS is known for most, it would be it's almighty sales figures. There's many things that attributed towards that success, with the most prominent being the console's huge software library. On the other hand, one of the hurdles that has caused the Wii U to slip is undeniably the lack of software the console has really suffered from.
In a recent investor meeting, Nintendo bought forward a bizarre new idea, being to introduce Nintendo DS titles to the Wii U Virtual Console. How exactly this will work is a little bit mystery as of now, and we don't know exactly when this will happen. However, we do know that it was a fantastic idea on Nintendo's part.
Space opera fans deserve a chance to experience the vastness of Infinite Space, and Sega needs to make up for its mistake.

Pac-Pix launched in 2005 as a Nintendo DS exclusive, and deserves to make a comeback on modern touchscreen devices.
The Nintendo Switch is potentially nearing its lifespan, and several Wii U games haven't found their way over as ports yet.
I think it's better to leave games like AC: Amiibo Festival and Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash forgotten on the Wii U. Best case, they are mediocre games; worse case, they are very bad. This article leaves out Nintendo's most controversial game to date devils Third.
I personally found the cover system really fun in that one compared to at the time most fps games completely lacking one.
Kirby is always ignored or forgotten by people, so good to see it mentioned here.
Play Kirby Canvas Curse on DS, and then play Rainbow Curse on Wii U, they're really fun and unique 'platformers' without any actual jumping.
Provided they release enough DS games on the service. And they price them accordingly. Nobody is going to want to pay $15-$20 for DS games.
They need to keep their promises in order first. Bring the N64, stop with the NES for now. Don't waste VC assets on games with very little following, unless it has a strong cult status. There has to be a solid reason for not releasing key games on the VC, only Nintendo knows. Keep your treasures close I suppose.
"Metroid Prime: Hunters"
they should just release digital DS games on 3DS where they'll make money.... I know they think they can help sell Wii U's and that the 3DS does not need the help but the Wii U is a loss cause, they should concentrate in making money and 3DS is where the money is
