I guess no more Vita exclusive titles from them. At least I can still play this on my Vita, if true.

First thing I thought was "yet ANOTHER ps4 game! :D" thn I was like......siphon filer......PLEEEEAAAASSSSSSEEE E!!!!! DDDDDD,:

NewMonday3834d ago (Edited 3834d ago )

Sony Bend did great work on Uncharted Vita, they deserve a shot at the big time like Redy@Dawn

would feel confident if they did U4.

sobekflakmonkey3834d ago

I wouldn't, console uncharted is Naughty Dog, it wouldn't feel right if anyone else was making it, and I'd love to see them bring back something like Syphon Filter, we need another omega strain.

My speculation...

Siphon Filter
New IP
Some other well known Sony property

@ sobekflakmonkey
While it's unlikely that they would be making a console Uncharted or Resistance, we've seen it happen many times where a big studio moves on to new things while a sister studio takes over the big franchises. I just wouldn't be shocked it that happened here.

I think people are getting a little carried away. It doesn't say that he/Bend are creating a game.

We know Sony & a lot of Sony friendly devs are helping each other out. We have a pretty good solid idea that Unchartered 4 is coming out & may be revealed very soon. Do you not think it's much more likely that he/they have been helping out with that after doing such a good job on Unchartered Vita, while TLOU was being finished?

ABeastNamedTariq3834d ago

@Insomniac

I'm kind of confused as to what you're trying to say.

I'm just gonna say that each and every Sony studio is working on at least one PS4 game - Shu said that a long time ago.

Also, I don't think we've had any indication to an Uncharted 4, have we? I may not remember any hints being dropped.

BattleAxe3834d ago

WTF....Is Sony making any further PSV games??? I've really been thinking of buying a PSV, but if all that it's going to be good for is PS4 remote play, then forget it.

PLASTICA-MAN3834d ago

The PS4 is a great opportunity to allow any developer to flex his muscles.

indysurfn3833d ago

Siphon filter was UNDER RATED!

Off topic but, How about a jrpg like Arc the LAd please, or suidoken !

rainslacker3833d ago

I wouldn't mind seeing them do their own IP if they have a good idea.:)

Damn, Sony Bend are a talented group of developers and with the capabilities of the PS4 I fully expect to be impressed by the game they are working on.

colonel1793834d ago

Godchild, I thought the same! I love that every studio is working on PS4 games. We will definitely have great games for it coming soon.

BUT WHAT ABOUT THE VITA?!!! No one at Sony cares to make a PS Vita game anymore :( Well, I am one to blame too, since I only bought the PS Vita to use it with remote play on PS4. However, there are great games on the handheld, and it has a lot of potential. Gravity Rush is a great example on how to use every feature of the Vita perfectly.

showtimefolks3834d ago

Ohhhhhh man. Syphon Filter coming to PS4.

TheFutureIsBlue3834d ago

I think they would make a killing off of Syphon Filter! *crosses fingers*

MrBeatdown3834d ago

Here's hoping for Syphon Filter!

DigitalRaptor3834d ago

YES! YES! I hope so.

Sony weren't kidding when they said all of their studios were working on PS4 games.

xKugo3834d ago

Better be Syphon Filter...

Final Fantasy IV Pixel Remaster Review – An Epic Tale Of Pixelated Portrayals

Gary Green said: We’re finding ourselves in a similar position with the Pixel Remaster edition of Final Fantasy IV as we were with Final Fantasy III since, once again, we’ve received a slightly upscaled, more vibrant port of the original game when there’s already an expanded 3D remake available. As such, we’re playing a game which, even after its long-awaited release, still lives very much in the shadow of its remake.

If only they didn't screw ps4 owners over with a physical release. I'd have ran through this in a heartbeat.

The first one I played, it was the one that made me fall in love with JRPGs and is still my favorite to this day. A masterpiece
