"Mario & Luigi: Dream Team is not only a part of The Year of Luigi celebration for his thirty years as a character, but it also marks the tenth anniversary of the Mario & Luigi sub-series. Unlike with the other RPG branch of the series in the Paper Mario games has in recent entries, Dream Team rarely strays from its roots, so those that were worried that this new Mario & Luigi game would take a similar drastic departure like Sticker Star did can put those fears to rest. No, Mario & Luigi: Dream Team is both a terrific entry in the series but also one of the best RPGs the Nintendo 3DS has to offer."
There have been quite a few Mario RPGs, but what are the best Mario RPG games? As a hint, they don't include Sticker Star.
Super Mario RPG will always be my no. 1 Mario RPG. The N64 Paper Mario is a very close second.
Mario has like 5 different types of RPG series now
- Super Mario RPG
- Paper Mario
- Mario & Luigi
- Puzzles and Dragons: Super Mario Bros Edition
- Mario + Rabbids
The Nintendo Selects version of Kirby Triple Deluxe and Mario & Luigi: Dream Team are now available in the North American region.
Five more Nintendo 3DS games will be added to Nintendo's budget-price 'Selects' range next month, the publisher has announced.
Worst dissapointment ever. I give it 6/10 because it got killed by tutorials.
I got this over the weekend, and I'm loving it. So much better than Sticker Star was.
The game does seem to be a little too eager to help you, though. Die against a boss, and they offer you an easy mode fight. Say no to the easy mode fight, and it gives you the hint block. Botch a couple of Bros. attacks, and you get a popup telling you about slow mode.
It feels a little excessive to me. Like with the bros attacks, you could already practice them in the menu.
I mean, it's nice to have these for the people who want them, but the game is pretty aggressive with them.
