YouTube’s ‘club4ghz’ has released two videos, showcasing the performance difference between CRYENGINE V and CRYENGINE 3, as well as the performance difference between CRYENGINE V’s DX11 and DX12 modes.
CE5 has a higher framerate but CE3 looks better at times...
I guess this is because CE5 is just supposed to be a Cryengine for VR and not much more
Lens flares are pointless in games unless the character on screen has something glass or plastic in front of their eyes like Crysis or Halo.
Its stupid when there are lens flares when playing as a character with no visor or helmet on, they must have glass eyes lol.
They called it CRYengine for a reason.
It makes you cry and go blind with all the shiny effects. LMAO
